Preparing: Preparing: For 1 liter of tea use 3 twigs. Put them in a porcelain potwith a lid and pour 250 ml boiling water. Allow to cool at around roomtemperature. The prepared liquid is poured on porcelain cups withadding a hot water. By request you may add cold water or even sparklingwater.

Ironwort is one of medicinal plants due to contained therein a large amount of flavonoids,it has antioxidant, toning, strengthening and antianaemic effect, reducing blood pressureand therefore reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.
