Preparing: For 1 liter of tea use 3 twigs. Put them in a porcelain pot with a lid and pour 250 ml boiling water. Allow to cool at around room temperature. The prepared liquid is poured on porcelain cups with adding a hot water. By request you may add cold water or even sparkling water.

Ironwort is one of medicinal plants due to contained therein a large amount of flavonoids, it has antioxidant, toning, strengthening and antianaemic effect, reducing blood pressure and therefore reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke. Prevents the development of cancer cells, preventing the development of atherosclerosis.

Ironwort has been traditionally used to aid digestion, strengthen the immune system and suppress common cold, cough, the flu and other viruses, allergies and shortness of breath, sinus congestion, even pain and mild anxiety.
